    ...an award winning, 4th in the World, energized group of women who meet weekly to sing a cappella, four-part harmony music in the barbershop style. Together, we have a blast growing our skills to deliver exciting sets for competition and unique performances for audiences all over Maryland.

    We do more than sing, we build friendships that last a lifetime with unforgettable memories on and off stage.

    As a chapter of Sweet Adelines International (SAI) for over 40 years, we've had the honor of representing the Atlantic Bay-Mountain Region 19 many times at International Competition.

    Harbor City Music Company is rehearsing every Wednesday night!

    Are you interested in learning music theory, practicing vocal skills, singing along to well loved songs, and of course, staying connected with friends? Then come join the HCMC family for our rehearsals. If you’re interested, give us your name and email and we’ll get you all the rehearsal information. Finding the courage to bring a creative idea to our audience (whether it's an 8 foot can of hairspray or a unique interpretation of a song) is what makes singing with Harbor City so much fun!

His vision, passion and love of this chorus is something to witness first hand. The road to Louisville is going to be quite a ride.     We were delighted to be part of the 2022 Festival We were delighted to be part of the 2022 Festival of Lights at the Mormon Temple Vistor Center! It's a beautiful venue and wonderful to be able to sing songs of the season. After "Let It Go", it's seems, we recruited a very energetic 7 year-old on stage with us! Lots of fun!

  • Your Region 19 Champions!

    We are so excited to be representing Region 19 at the International Competition in 2023!

  • Harbor City Music Company Show Chorus had 111 members in October of 2019 when we competed at Sweet Adelines International (SAI) in New Orleans and were named #4 in the world.

  • Over the last 2 years, we’ve been creative in keeping our members connected and in tune (mostly on Zoom until this July), but due to COVID-19 and some relocations, we’ve lost about 20% of our members. So, we’re working on recruiting new members (maybe YOU!)

  • All of this takes time and funding. As we get closer to Giving Tuesday on November 30 (the new tradition of giving to 501.c.3 charitable organizations on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving), we’re planning to fund scholarships to help attract new members and, when needed, help them cover the costs of travel, lodging, meals and entry fees for our annual competitions.
